I want to practice 50bb symmetrical stacks at 50% of field ICM preflop, and I want the trainer to feed me vs Open and vs 3B spots, so I’m selecting the “preflop” tab in the trainer rather than “Custom” spot (which would restrict me to drilling one specific node). But I can only choose an average stack depth when I configure the trainer this way; I can’t choose to do 50bb symmetrical stacks.
So the trainer is making me choose between (a) restricting myself to a single starting node to train in order to have the stack config I want and (b) using a random stack config at a given average depth in order to train all vs Open and vs 3B situations simultaneously. Pain in the @ss. I’d like to use the Preflop filtering system (“RFI”, “vs Open”, “vs 3B” etc.) for a chosen stack config, not just an average depth.
